Affordable Garage Door Got Off Track, Arbor Trace

Our Solution:

In our experience, garage doors often come off the track because of problems with the track or the rollers. When we took a good look at Ms. Gowin’s door system, it became obvious that both were part of the problem. Rusted, bent track sections were the most obvious culprit, but not the only one. We discovered several rollers on the opposite side of the track that were obviously binding and in need of replacement. We swapped out the old rollers for new ones, re-shaped the track, and lubricated everything properly. That got the door moving nice and smoothly again.
